These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at dreamcorestudio.com (the "Website") and the client portal, project dashboard, and related services provided by DreamCore Studio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") (together, the "Service").

Our Service is designed for business clients ("you" or "Client") and is not offered to individual consumers for personal use. By accessing or using the Website or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Service.

1. About the Service

DreamCore Studio provides immersive technology and real time 3D production services to business clients, including:

• XR (extended reality) development
• Game development
• 3D asset development
• Digital twin solutions

Where applicable, we provide clients with access to a client portal, which may include a project dashboard for tracking deliverables, a system for receiving 3D assets, and tools for monitoring digital twin outputs.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The client portal is intended for authorized representatives of business clients engaged with DreamCore Studio under a separate project agreement or work order. To access the client portal, an authorized representative will be issued account credentials.

You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Website or Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any purpose outside the scope of your agreement with DreamCore Studio
• Attempt to access another client's account or project data without permission
• Copy, distribute, or share deliverables outside your organization without our written permission, except as permitted under your project agreement
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Website, client portal, or related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website or client portal
• Attempt to bypass security features of the Website or client portal
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Client Content and Project Deliverables

You may provide project briefs, reference materials, brand assets, and related content to us for the purpose of delivering the Service ("Client Content"). You retain ownership of your Client Content.

Ownership of project deliverables, including 3D assets and digital twin outputs, is governed by the project agreement or work order between you and DreamCore Studio. Where no separate agreement addresses ownership, deliverables are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment, and DreamCore Studio retains the right to display non confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You represent that any content you provide to us does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of the project.

5. Fees and Billing

Fees for our services are set out in the applicable project agreement, proposal, or work order and are billed separately from the Website and client portal. We do not process payments through the Website or client portal.

6. Confidentiality

We treat project details, business information, and Client Content shared with us as confidential, and we will not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the Service, as required by law, or as agreed in writing.

7. Third Party Links

The Website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Other than project deliverables governed by a separate project agreement, all content on the Website, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by DreamCore Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and client portal are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website or client portal will be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DreamCore Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or client portal. This limitation does not affect liability arising under a separate project agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
